Myrna's coming all the way from Atlanta to bring God's Word. What is the "Cornerstone of Happiness"? It is ideal families that create peaceful communities. How do we make an ideal family? You'll get to enjoy time in nature, great food, fun, sports as well as do service work to give back to the community. This is your opportunity to attend, invite your friends, and volunteer for North Carolina's first AFRICA CONFERENCE. Our True Mother and our Movement are doing break-through ministry in Africa on the national and continental level. You can go to www.upf.org to see Mother's speeches, outreach, interfaith dialogue, reaching presidents and parliamentarians and embracing all the people in Africa. To publicize, promote and celebrate this, on SATURDAY, APRIL 27, here at the Triangle Family Church, we will have the AFRICA CONFERENCE. It is for Africans, African-Americans, and people of all races, nations, ages and faith traditions who want to be inspired about the future of the planet. We had a successful Mini-Famicon last Sunday. It was a great time to reflect on how we really become messiahs for our tribe.

Our True Mother and our Movement has done extensive help and outreach in Africa in 2018. On April 27, here at the Triangle Family Church, we will have an African Conference. Please take a look at this flyer. Please invite people from Africa, immigrants, diasporas, and people of all colors and denominations. We will showcase Mother's work for peace, have round table discussion on peace, guest speakers, and finish with a Blessing. Please reach out to John and me for volunteering. It will not be victorious without people volunteering to serve and take care of people. Some of the jobs to be done: :O) We need people to make lunch, which you can drop off already prepared dishes by 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 27 at our church. Helping put out the food and cleaning up. Setting up light breakfast at 8:30 AM Registration  Table Putting up flyers at Durham library and African Restaurants, Mosques, churches, etc.  Putting up flyers at University, and Colleges. Triangle Family Church Weekly Update Dear Sisters and Brothers, This Sunday: Mini-Famicon This week's service is a Mini-Famicon, a national multiplication of the five sub-regional Famicons from two weeks ago. It will include testimonies and strategies for fulfilling Tribal Messiahship. The first part during the regular service time, the second part will be after lunch for those who can stay. So, please plan to stay!!! Before lunch, we will have inspiration and information about the what and why. After lunch, all are invited to hear about the how and become part of the who. After lunch, Benjy will run a separate section to help high school students understand and connect to the Blessing and Famicon. Sunday, March 24: Our sister Masha Stoertz will be giving the message. Saturday, March 30: WFWP Family Life and Blessing Program On Saturday, March 30 there will be a Women's Federation For World Peace program from 1:00 - 3:00 PM  The event titled Cornerstone of Happiness will be hosted by Myrna Lapres and Carolyn Sampson. it will be a great program, about how great family life is important for society. It's a new WFWP program that leads seamlessly to the Blessing. See flyer. April 6: True Mother in Los Angeles True Mother will speak at the City of Refuge Church in Los Angeles on April 6. Local Christians definitely know about this church because its pastor, Noel Jones, has a popular podcast. Please continue to pray for True Mother's health and safety, all global Tribal Messiah's victory, America's top Christian and political leaders to recognize True Parents, and for America to be a good elder brother to the nations of the world. April 19-21: Sub-Regional YAYAM Service Project From April 19 - 21, we will be hosting the Spring Break retreat for High School students from all over our sub-region (Louisiana to Florida to Maryland).  Participants will be camping at Falls Lake and volunteering at Durham Rescue Mission and elsewhere. There will be a special Sunday Service on April 21 with all the youth participants. Charter Development Our Council is developing our church charter for your consideration. Stay tuned! The Council also decided to replace our old roof, which will protect the building from moisture infiltration. Work will start within the next 2 - 3 weeks. Triangle Family Church Weekly Update Dear Triangle Families, Subregion 2 Famicon A gathering of 135 members took place at the Bowie Family Fellowship, Bowie, MD. Pastor Joshua, Andrea Mundula, John and Sharon Pace and Tyler Hendricks attended from here, plus Els Dussek from Charlotte and Junko Hasebe from the Ocean Community. We connected deeply with True Mother's heart and did something we've never done before, having 5 simultaneous leadership meetings around the country gathering a total of 600 members. We all were inspired andwill will share our inspiration and information on March 17, our Local Famicon (see below). Triangle Family Church Weekly Update Dear Sisters and Brothers,  Let's pray for our Pastor and Brothers and Sisters who are attending the Subregional Famicon in Maryland. The conference is this Friday through Sunday and will include a live broadcast with Dr. Ki Hoon Kim and President Demian Dunkley. This will provide an opportunity to connect with the national movement as well as True Mother's vision. The Spring Break Service Project Retreat for High School students will be April 19 - 21. Participants will be camping at Falls Lake and volunteering at the Durham Rescue Mission. The next Living Room Sunday service will be March 10 at 12:00 PM.
